Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd. is an organisation that is driven by the passion of becoming the one trusted partner for all construction and property demands. The Group started its operation in Malaysia on 6 May 1976, as a turnkey contractor with principal activities in civil and infrastructure works, as well as building construction.
Since then, the Group has registered with the Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) as a Class A contractor and is recognised by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a Class G7 contractor. As a G7 certified contractor, this qualification allows us to undertake civil engineering construction and building construction projects for unlimited amount and this has enabled us to help the nation transform its dreams into reality - from the Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT), Tampin Hospital, Ampang Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Awan Besar LRT Station, Glenmarie LRT Station to the rehabilitation of the Jerantut-Gua Musang railway track among others. The Group is also registered as a turnkey contractor with Petroliam Nasional Berhad; and certified with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management).
With these qualifications and many more, the Group has progressed leaps and bounds to become a vertically-integrated construction set-up, well-positioned as a ‘One Stop Agency’ capable of undertaking a wide range of projects no matter the size. In addition, our extensive expertise in earthworks, infrastructure works, super-structure works and finishing works, with in-house design and build capabilities allow us to spearhead intricate projects with ease.
Apart from construction, the Group has diversified interests in trading, property development, plantation, logistics, and logging & timber trading. Our completion of award-winning real estate projects like Gardenhill and Paragon in Melbourne, Australia, and local skyline development projects like Rica Residence @ Sentul in Kuala Lumpur and Vierra Residence in Kinrara demonstrate the group's outstanding competency. Our entry into the property development sector has seen us usher new, vibrant landscapes to cater for the modern lifestyles while transforming skylines in Malaysia and Australia.
