Through Fajarbaru Land, the Group continues to push the boundaries of property development.

In Malaysia, the Group is developing a series of property development such as Vierra Residence Kinrara, Desa Green and Rica Residence Malacca. Rica Residence Sentul, completed in early 2021, has been well-received by buyers due to its impressive build-up as well as its proximity to public transportation services such as the LRT and the MRT Line 2. Meanwhile, Vierra Residence Kinrara launched in the second quarter of 2022 is a 2 tower blocks development and is based on the affordable housing concept of "Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia" (RUMAWIP). The Group's latest project Desa Green, located in Kuala Krai, Kelantan is an integrated township with a land area of approximately 146 acres.

As for Fajarbaru’s projects in Melbourne, Australia, the Group completed Gardenhill, a luxury apartment development located on Doncaster Hill in early 2017. Paragon, a skyscraper of sumptuous residences located in CBD Melbourne, feature Australia’s first high-rise indoor forest, was completed in early 2021. The Wilds is the Group's latest development launched in mid 2021, located in Northcote Melbourne, it is a sensitively designed collection of 15 houses on the banks of Merri Creek.
