Some of our completed projects include the Electrified Double Track for KTMB from Seremban to Gemas, Skypark Hangar at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Subang, Tampin Hospital in Negeri Sembilan, Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) at Sepang, the Depot and Traction Power Substation for Ampang LRT Line Extension Project, and the design and build of the 11-storey Medical Suite (Phase 1A) of Gleneagles Hospital.

Rehabilitation of Jerantut-Gua Musang Track (Package B)

The second package of the track rehabilitation from Jerantut-Gua Musang (package B) was awarded to Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd with a construction period of 36 months. The rehabilitation works was from Jerantut (KM174.40) to Gua Musang (KM318.00) and major works included the rehabilitation of track formation, slope stabilisation, block renewal, undercutting and replacement of limestone ballast with granite stone.

Rica Residence Sentul, Kuala Lumpur

This 39-storey service apartment is located near the upcoming Sentul West MRT 2 S12 station and Sentul Commuter station. Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd as the in-house construction team, is responsible for all aspects of the construction works. Wajatex Sdn Bhd, a wholly own subsidiary of Fajarbaru Properties Sdn Bhd is the developer for this 39-storey service apartment.

East Coast Economic Region Development Projects

East Coast Economic Region (ECER) is an economic development region based on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia, which covers the states of Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang and Mersing district in northeast Johor. The master planner for ECER is Malaysia-owned oil and gas company, Petronas. ECER had appointed Fajarbaru Builder as the main contractor for the following projects:

1. Construction and completion of Kuantan Port City (KPC) Port Link Road Package -1 elevated diamond interchange to Malaysia -China Kuantan Industrial Park (MCKIP) and upgrading of Sg. Ular interchange in Kuantan, Pahang.

2. Construction and completion of Kuantan Port City (KPC) Package -2 MCKIP main access road and primary infrastructure for Malaysia -China Kuantan Industrial Park (MCKIP) development in Kuantan, Pahang.

3. Construction and completion of earthworks and infrastructure works for Pasir Mas Halal Park Phase 1 in Pasir Mas, Kelantan.

4. Construction and completion of earthworks and infrastructure works (Package 1 – 110 acres) for Automotive Industrial Park Phase 2 in Pakan-Peramu, Pahang.

Renovation and Refurbishment of Tenancy Area at KLIA Air Cargo Terminal 1 (KACT 1)

Pos Aviation Sdn. Bhd. (PASB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pos Malaysia Berhad is a world-class aviation ground services provider offering ground handling, inflight catering and aircraft maintenance and engineering services to inbound and outbound international commercial airlines in Malaysia. PASB has appointed Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd as the main contractor for the renovation and refurbishment of tenancy area at KLIA Cargo Terminal 1. The work scope covers demolition and removal for building works, new and upgrading works of existing cargo building and all M&E services works.

Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd was appointed as the design and build contractor for the Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS) project. Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA 2) operator, Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) has offered and extended the Operation and Maintenance for Visual Docking Guidance System contract to Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd with a fixed contract period. The scope of works is the supply of operator and technician for the maintenance of 78 units VDGS

KAFS Phase 2 JET-A1 Underground Pipeline

Kuala Lumpur Aviation Fuelling System Sdn Bhd (KAFS) is the concessionaire to operate and maintain aircraft fuelling system at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2). KAFS operates and maintains KLIA2 fuel hydrant pipeline with a total length of approximately 12km that carries Jet A1 fuel for the purpose of re-fuelling of aircrafts. KAFS has awarded the replacement of the existing fuel hydrant pipeline contract works to Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd which includes pipeline replacement and repair of approximately 500 metres.

The airport is operated by Malaysia Airports (MAHB) Sepang Sdn Bhd and Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd was appointed as the main contractor for the construction and completion of apron line marking, access road connection and associated works at KLIA Air Cargo Terminal 1 (KACT 1).

Ampang LRT Depot

The new Depot on the AMG line extension at Kg. Kuala Sungai Baru is located south of the line (approximately CH 16900 to CH 17300) near Putra Heights Station. The project was awarded to Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd and consists of an elevated slab with buildings on top of and below the slab level. The Depot area is approximately 15 hectares of which 11.5 hectares are on slab construction. This project consisted of facilities works for Depot including a TPSS located at the Depot boundary with a total built up area 96,000 metre sq.

Double Track Seremban - Gemas

Double Track Seremban - Gemas

The Electrified Double Tracking Project consists of a few phases. The completed phases are Rawang-Ipoh, Sentul-Port Klang extension to Batu Caves, Ipoh-Padang Besar and Seremban-Gemas. Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd has completed the phase between Seremban (KM461.23) – Gemas (KM564.00). This project consists of civil and structural works including site clearance, demolition and relocation works, relocation of utilities, earthwork, soil improvement works, drainage, bridge and structural works.

Gleneagles Hospital Ampang

Gleneagles Hospital Ampang

Gleneagles Ampang Hospital is a private hospital located in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. The current Gleneagles Ampang Hospital is a 330-bed hospital with a separate medical consulting suite building and sub-specialities for inpatient and outpatient services. Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd was appointed as the Design and Build contractor for the 10-storey medical block (Phase 1A) and basement carpark (Phase 1) with common infrastructure. The scope of project consisted of a 4-storey common basement carpark with a gross floor area of around 50,300 metre sq and a 10-storey new wing medical suite with a total built up of 27,839.61 metre sq. The new wing will provide services for outpatients, selected diagnostic and treatment as well as 100-bed inpatient beds.

Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT)

Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT)

The Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) is located within the Air Support Zone. The entire terminal comprising parking apron was designed and built by Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd. The terminal was designed and built in accordance to the low-cost carrier business model of limited terminal amenities. The 35,290 square meters LCC terminal comprised one single storey building for departure and arrival and was designed to handle 10 million passengers a year.

Tampin Hospital

Tampin Hospital

The proposed design, construction, completion, equipping, commissioning and maintenance of Tampin Hospital at Negeri Sembilan was planned to cater a facility of 108 beds. The project comprised out-patient facilities, in-patient facilities, diagnostic and treatment facilities, medical and non medical support facilities, training and educational facilities, administration and staff accomodation. The site measurement was approximately 49.65 ha with a total built up area of 200,948 metre sq.

Kelana Jaya LRT Station

Kelana Jaya LRT Station

The LRT Kelana Jaya line is a fully automated and driverless rail system in the Klang Valley and forms a part of the Greater KL/Klang Valley Integrated Transit System. The stations are styled in several types of architectural designs. Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd was the main contractor for construction, completion, testing and commissioning of the following stations: -

A) Lembah Subang LRT station located at Ara Damansara near the Lembah Subang Depot. This station is elevated with 2 side platforms. The station built up area is approximately 5,312 metre sq.

B) Ara Damansara LRT station station located in Ara Damansara. Like most other LRT stations operating in the Klang Valley, this station is elevated with 2 island platforms. The station built up area is approximately 3,432 metre sq.

C) Glenmarie LRT station is located in Glenmarie Subang. The station serves as an interchange of the Bandar Utama-Klang Line. This station is elevated with one island platform. The station built up area is approximately 7,350 metre sq.

The Integrated Shrimp Aquaculture Park

The Integrated Shrimp Aquaculture Park

The Integrated Shrimp Aquaculture Park (iSHARP) was developed by Blue Archipelago Bhd located in Setiu, Terengganu. The Integrated Shrimp Aquaculture Park is a fully integrated 1,000ha aquaculture-industrial park equipped with a seawater intake system to support 676 grow-out ponds, a processing plant, a feed mill, a hatchery and other support buildings. The scope of project under Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd comprised of ponds and supply canals, seawater distribution control structure, drainage and water system infrastructures, pump station and pipework.

Skypark Hangar, Subang

Skypark Hangar, Subang

Skypark Hangar is a comprehensive and integrated hangar complex with a business support centre. The Hangar is located in a 30 acres land in Seksyen U3 Shah Alam and accessible from Jalan Monfort, Shah Alam. The whole development of 5 hangars was awarded to Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd for design and build contract comprising maintenance and parking hangar with an approximate built up area of 13,320 metre sq.

Ampang LRT station is a Light Rail Transit station operated by RapidKL. Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd was the NSC contractor for construction, completion, testing and commissioning of these following stations: -

A) Awan Besar LRT station is a Light Rapid Transit station at Bukit OUG. This station is elevated with 1 island platform. The station built up area is approximately 4,460 metre sq.

B) Muhibbah LRT station is a Light Rapid Transit station at Kampung Muhibbah, a village about 21 km south of Kuala Lumpur. This station is elevated with 2 side platforms. The station built up area is approximately 3,583 metre sq.

The scope of works under Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd contract comprised of construction, completion, testing and commissioning of a sewage treatment using IDEA technology for 100,000 PE located at Off Jalan Klang-Banting Highway. The sewerage strategy proposed for this catchment was to construct a mechanical sewage treatment plant. The site is located next to Klang Valley CSTF.

KLIA 2 - Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS)

Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd was appointed by Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA 2) operator, Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) as the design and build contractor for the Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS) project. Visual Docking Guidance System is a system which gives information to a pilot attempting to park an aircraft at an airport stand, usually via visual methods.

LCCT - Air Cargo Handling Facility, KL International Airport

The low-cost carrier terminal (LCCT) is managed and operated by Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn Bhd. The redevelopment of the air cargo handling facility at the existing LCCT works package was awarded to Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd on a fast-track basis.
